With all of the news around housing shortages and interest rate fluctuation, I wanted to give you the truth about what is happening in our neck of the woods. We are still in a strong sellers market at all price ranges, with the least amount of inventory and quickest selling taking place in the 100-200K price range. Houses over 700K are on the market the longest but also have the fewest number of homes to choose from. Shawnee county is leading the way in active listings pending sales and sold properties.
